Bradford Air and Heating is our new go-to company for HVAC. They stepped right up to the challenge when our old company quit servicing commercial accounts without notice. We had a BIG emergency and they took great care of us. They had a technician out very promptly, even in the middle of the heatwave! Instead of charging us a premium service call to come try to upsell us a new unit they fixed the fan unit in our condenser and made recommendations to keep our systems in good order until they truly need replacing. Our air conditioning unit wasn't working correctly, and we tried resetting the thermostat, replacing the air filter first, and even looked in the attic to check for leaks. The indoor temperature wasn't going down and everything seemed to be turning on correctly. As soon as Jay entered our side yard, he could hear that it was the capacitor. Within ten minutes, he had replaced the capacitor and had our AC running smoothly again. I highly recommend Bradford Air & Heating if you need a local HVAC expert!

Technicians showed up on time
The technicians showed up on time, which I really appreciate. Two technicians, Isaiah and Michael, cleaned my dryer vent and also reattached the dryer vent to the wall. Followed was their senior technician to service the heating and A/C unit. He gave a very thorough report of the condition of the two units and advice on how to upkeep the A/C unit for the coming summer season. I will call them again next year to do the same service at my house.
